Masojc Joins Tigers
Andrew Masojc, Kansas Wesleyan 'o7, joins the Metro Tigers for the 2008 season. Andrew joins the Tigers after playing the 2007 season with the WAA of the Can-Am league. Andrew was a stand out player for WAA last year, playing an excellent third base for WAA as well as being one of the best closers in the Can-Am league last year. "We pick up Andrew to play with us in a NABF regional last year and Andrew did an excellent job for us playing 3rd base as well as being a closer. The coaching staff was very impressed with Andrew and when we found out he was looking for another team to play with in 2008, we got in contact with Andrew about playing with the Tigers. Josh Masden, Tigers co-captain, did an excellent job of talking to Andrew and getting him on board with the Tigers for 2008. Andrew is an exceptional talent and he will really solidify our infield and relief pitching." says coach Kosmerick.
